Wednesday Report

Elliptical 15 min., Upper Strength 30 min., Lower Strength with "the weight" 10 min., 20 pushups, 15 min flexibility. Forgot to mention Monday 30 min. on elliptical, 10 min. lower strength, 10 min. upper strength, 20 pushups, 5 min. flexibility. Have a great Wednesday everyone!
