0 workouts for the previous 2 days.

However, I did do a 40 minute spin class this morning and 15 minutes of stretching and 50 pushups. I'm back baby! Of course, we're headed to Austin today and plan to be at the Saltlick barbecue about 6:30 for beer brisket and ribs. I'm sure I burned enough calories to cover it!
