Any ideas on an online exercise tracking system?

I was looking at some of the tracker possibilities via the blog. It would be great if we could track our workouts on a log or tracker of some sort which would stay at the top of the Blog. I saved a couple but ideally some sort of online excel spreadsheet would be great to track total mileage, calories burned etc over time.thought??

Great idea! The run tracker looks great. I tried once to post my run for today but couldn't get it to work. I will try some more tomorrow. This is really a good idea.
