Mo's Thursday

2 mile walk with the dogs (dog sitting... so there's two. Bonus for that?) before work; 3 mile jog in 27 minutes after work, with about a mile walk to and from the track; golf lesson. Whacked the *%#& out of the ball a few times, but don't think that counts as upper body workout! Still need to do some push-ups, but this glass of wine sitting here looks so much more inviting...
