15 Push Ups???
This thing is really causing me stress, but I think it is working. I ran 5 miles on Thursday in 43:11! I wanted so bad to quit at 3 miles and then also at 4 miles, but I knew I had to post this so I couldn't stop. Did the weight and then went to the mat for push ups . . . . did one set of 15 (thinking only about 6 of them would have counted in the Olympics) and then limped to the shower with my tail between my legs. I may have to go back to the knees on the ground push ups so that maybe I can get to 20 next time. Good work everybody on the blog and on the workouts. This is really cool! Here are before and after pictures of my workout yesterday!
