Scott's Workout Post
So I'm going to take a stab at this blogging thing. I'm sure we'll adjust and change over time but I think for this week I'll try to post my workout stats under this post. In the past I've totalled my numbers and emailed once a week but I'm going to post each day that I work out. I really like the concept of the blog. Good friends and family trying to help and encourage one another. As most of you know Barbara and I usually workout in the morning. We are trying something new for Mondays beginning today. We will get up at the same time, but instead of going to the gym, I'm going straight to the office. My first meeting for the day is 9:00am, but If I'm working by 6:30AM, then I have 2 and a half hours to plan the week and get projects done. Then The Scribner Team -Barbara,Heather, and I are planning to go to the gym around noon to workout. I'll let you know how it goes! Have a great week everyone...

I think this is great, Scott. I know the e-mails were only once a week. But a blog is no fun if it's only updated once a week! So I think the more work out posts, the better.
Oh - and everyone can set (if they want) to be e-mailed when a comment gets posted. It's in the settings tab.
Ok here are todays numbers
weight 183 lbs
run 15 minutes
strength 45 minutes
abs/stretch 10 minutes
no rock juggling but a reasonable effort. Will beef up the running but I have been a slacker on the runs so will build back up over a week or two.
