Exercise Tip!

When juggling rocks, keep finger tips from between the rocks at all times! Rocks - 1, Black and Blue Finger - 0!!! Weigh in today will be adjusted for impact of swollen finger. Scale indication minus 8 pounds should be about right! (Question for the judges: Does this count as an injury that will excuse me from running today? It really is a lot worse than it looks! A lot of pain and agony! There was actually bone sticking out on the other side of the finger but I just snipped it off with the hedge shears!)

Doesn't look like juggling rocks is the brightest idea! Can't you throw small children in the air or something instead?
