We've got a whole new meaning to The Green Monster if the spreed sheets have been up for ONE day - and aren't even FINISHED - and Scott's already worried about not being in the green zone! Yikes! You all are worse than I even realized!
Oh, who am I kidding? I entered in my numbers last night and wasn't at my "goal" of 75, so I got on the ground and did push ups. Which means 30 minutes of Curves, about 60 of walking throughout the day, and 50 push ups. Scott, to answer your question - Curves is what I do for weight training, although it's more resistance training. Don't use actual weights - the machines are on hydraulics. Started it because weights were too rough on my knee right after surgery. You do a circuit of 15 machines, twice. 30 seconds pushing as hard as you can on the machine, 30 seconds rest. But I jog with high knees during the "rest," so I keep my heart rate up and make the entire workout more cardio than a lot of people do.
Here are the machines:

Although, I'm generally dripping with sweat, and not smiling!
I showed Mike and my house guest the blog and spreed sheets last night - they were way intimidated!

OK Maureen. I see that you now have chocolate bars next to your power meter. Good job getting into the green zone...and thanks for noticing that my weight is headed in the wrong direction. I'll ask Keith to put lowfat soy milk as my goal instead of chocolate bars
