Jogged 25 minutes this morning (pesky knee. Grrr. This better not be a problem), 55 push-ups, and some core exercises that I tried to remember from Terry's p90x routine. Two, two-mile walks with the dogs, too.
Thanks for attempting the spreadsheet, Scott! We'll make it work. Although I don't know if I would have started this blog if I knew we were going to have to post/ track our weight. :-)

no need to track weight. It's only for people like me who can't push away from the table. I tried the invite again with your hotmail account. we'll see.
