Sweatbox 40

Well, I dragged myself to the garage early this a.m. and rode my bike on the trainer for 40 minutes...too hot to do pushups outside (I was a wimp) so I'll have to work those in later today. Wow, it was hot out there...this HAS to be good for me. Can't control the weather or humidity, only how I react to it...I choose to push through it! Remember, "Pain is Weakness Leaving the Body!" I've decided my meter needs to reflect the RED zone. Rode an extra minute past 40 to get my heartrate down. Scott, my partner in sweat, gave me the high five and his gloves were soaked! Wooh Hoo! Got back from Austin yesterday. Eeked out a couple of workouts there, too. Monday was Elliptical 20 min., 10 min. upper strength, 35 pushups and flexibility, Tuesday was Elliptical 41 min, 25 pushups and flexibility 10 min. Have a good one everyone!
