I've decided to just create a new post for the daily workout. I can see how easily old post get buried. If I thought you couldn't see my #s then I might...just maybe...be tempted to skip a workout. So my thought on the tracker is that you could still create a new post if you want, but track your workouts on a long term basis in a way which could be easily accessed. Not necessary for anyone else but it might be helpful for me. I'll also keep looking at websites to see what our options. could be a good tool to improve performance...and let's be honest...Keith needs all the help he can get. Great job on the workouts guys especially you Maureen. Even on vacation.
