Jogged for 37 minutes on the beach, barefoot, this morning with Terry. 25 push ups when I get back to the house, but I'm still so sore from his P90X workout, I couldn't get any more done! After the six hour drive in the car today, though, I'm sure I'll be able to pressure myself into at least 25 more tonight!
The jog was tough on the ankles and calves, and my toes are a bit raw from hitting the sand and/ or shells. But I guess if Keith's still lifting the weight with his finger, I can keep exercising with sore toes!
Scott, I love the tracking idea. I haven't played around yet with the ones you posted. I can look for more tomorrow when I'm at work, too, and on a fast Internet connection. (er, um, I'll stay late at work and look for it, of course. Wouldn't even consider searching the Web at work for non-work related items.)
