Had my average/ goal day yesterday - 30 minutes cardio, walk with the dog, 50 push ups. That's what I hope to reach every day (on the fancy chart Keith set up for me, that's a "5"). But somehow, it doesn't feel like quite enough! This blog is getting to my head!
Especially since I just finished off my third piece of Dean and Deluca chocolate that my graphic design firm sent me as a "thank you" for hitting over 100 projects with them. Not sure the work out ratio to eating chocolate ratio is one I can be proud of today...
