Instead of posting on Monday what I was going to do on Tuesday does it count on Tuesday to post what I did on Monday? Anyway, notwithstanding the foregoing I am heretofore back on the blog...barring an additional Force Majeure.
So my first workout of note for October was yesterday. Somehow got off track the past week. Actually worked out consistently the previous week but didn't get it to the blog. So here I go. October is going to be a great month!
