Totally stole one yesterday! In Dallas, and Debbie and Keith graciously invited Kristie and I to the Wednesday El Fenix dinner last night. Snuck in a 17 minute run with Keith before the dinner, and that was a complete steal! I think he made it work because he knew - after I hadn't worked out Tuesday because of a busy work day - if I had two no-workout days in a row... well, he just wouldn't want to deal with me today or Friday in the office!
And speaking of El Fenix... why'd you stand us up, Barbara and Scott?

Sorry I missed you guys. If I had known it was you and Kristie, I would have made it for sure. I just thought it would be keith and the same lame jokes...
