Monday - A New Week!
Spin Class at club this a.m. for 60 min. Well, that's about it. Maureen, you've inspired me to get busy on the pushups. No excuses, they don't take that much time and can be done anywhere. That being said, my goal is to get in 50 today. It HAS to be good for you! Have a great day everyone!

Way to go, Barbara! Push ups are a total pain (literally and figuratively), but in the most humble way I can possibly say this - I'm shocked at what a steady routine of push ups has done for my arms. I had no idea. But, you can't argue with results, so on with the push ups I go!
