You people are either really good for me, or really bad for me!
I walked the dog this morning, and took her for a long walk tonight. Did 50 push ups. I used to NOT do the push ups, and find that to be a perfectly acceptable exercise amount.
Now I feel like I wimped out for the day, and don't feel like I got nearly enough cardio!
So that means you guys are either great for me - and the blog is truly working. Or, you're just sick, sick people.
