Love running in DC, well at least more than in Dallas. I think Dallas would be better if I knew I was gonna run past the Washington Monument and then the World War II Memorial and then the Lincoln Memorial and then a quick hello to Albert. All in about 30 minutes. Wow! Just had an awesome run with Maureen covering all of those sites and more. Love running here!Maureen says "No!" but I think the pace was faster than 9 minutes per mile so I was happy with the run. A great night for weather and sites. Also did my 100 pushups this morning and the plan is to do another 100 before bed, but who knows. Keep plugging everyone, cause this blog is definitely working for me.
