Okay the day is here. Yay! This is gonna be so cool. As for the blog, the day has started out very well. I went for a run with Scott and Barbara and Paula. We ran along Congress down to the river and then along the river. It was a bit overcast and cool, a perfect day for running. We ran 30 minutes in, I think, about a 9 minute per mile pace. Not really sure but that should be about 3 and 1/3 miles. Anyway, that is what is on the chart.
We ended up at the Four Seasons for coffee and visiting. Much better than the running part. We are down at the bar now right next to the Petit Bistro watching the Texas-OU game on the big screen. We'll see! Keep blogging!
