speaking of muscles...
I don't have many, but I did lift the weight for 50 minutes this morning. For some reason, my weight was down from 187 yesterday to 185 today. Not sure why but I'll take it. Did the normal 50 1 handed pushups and then 10 minutes of abs/stretching. I noticed I'm still well "in the pink" on my dial but my average is going up. Keith, on the days I did not workout I put a 1 in the cell so it would count that day in the average. My goal is to average 400 calories burned daily. Since I took a holiday last week I need to step it up. I see two a days in my future...that's awesome! I can't wait.
