I know I'm not the numbers person of the group. But explain to me how this happened...
(secret, I weigh myself religiously every morning before getting in the shower. I just don't post the numbers up here like Scott! So besides not being a numbers person, I'm also not a brave person!)
How could it be that in addition to hitting my goal of 65 points yesterday, I actually did EXTRA working out through a second walk with the dog, and yet, the scale was higher today than it was yesterday morning?
That doesn't exactly help with the motivation today!
