I'd like to put the newest member of the blog at ease. Her questions are no problem! That's the beauty of the Google Docs spreadsheets! We've assigned points or calories to all the different activities that we do, and even though we all do different stuff, we can track what we want! So I came up with riding in a cart for 18 holes of golf equaling 25 points.
You can come up with your own! Walking with a can of Diet coke - 1 point. Walking with a 20 ounce bottle - 2 points! Putting up with Keith's distractions while you're on the phone with me - 75 points! (hey, out of all those things, which do you think increases your heart rate and blood pressure the fastest?)
