Labor Day?
Isn't this supposed to be a day of rest? Hello! McFly! OMG, 49 miles on the bike is definitely labor. I ran three miles each of the weekend days so I finished August without missing a day running. It looks like September will start off without a run, but I hope 49 miles will be a reasonable substitute. I am guessing it will be about 3 hours plus to get the miles done, oh man, did I just say that! Eeeeekkkk! The bike is in the truck and there is no turning back. I should have picked younger friends to hang out with.
