Maureen thanks for posting the shots, although I am personally not comfortable with Glamour. Keith however, with his publicists and makeup artists and peeps might assimilate with the glamour crowd.
I worked out six days last week including the Capitol 10K. I lost to a large sandwhich but beat the 98 year old guy. did two spin classes and one outdoor ride on Saturday in a brutal wind. Ran twice also.
