Good Morning Workout Partner!
Hi Maureen! Great job on your workouts. And, a little pool action sounds great. I'd like to work that in somehow, too, maybe once a week. The Cap10K really was fun, hopefully next year you can join our group! Scott and I have a big bike ride coming up in September/October..so gotta get going strong on the bike...NOW! Anyway, this a.m. 15 min. elliptical, 30 minutes upper strength and 10 minutes flexibility. Later...
