I did a group exercise class at the new gym this morning. I <3 class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1">teeniest bit competitive! But I really do get much more of a workout than if I were on my own. (Case in point, last night in the pool, as I hung on the side!)

I'm headed to Miami in nine days, so I might just hit the gym again today...!
