Hill Spin

Wow, Wednesday is hills day (for the 1st half of the class) in the spin class. Got there early b4 class and got in a total of 60 min, then 10 min flexibility. Snuck in some upper strength training when I got home. These birthdays are going to be here before you know it....except for Keith's whose has passed already. However, it is his birthday month! Good job everyone...let's keep on the program. It'll be worth it!
