It's Monday

Stats for the last few days. Last Thurs home - 10 min upper, 10 min lower weights, Friday home - 10 minutes upper, 10 minutes lower weights, Saturday in Beaumont with Scott and sister Katy at World Gym 35 min elliptical, 10 minutes upper weights, Sunday afternoon back in Plano 13 miles outdoor bike (felt great!), this morning to kick off a new week 35 minutes on the bike trainer in the garage, then 30 dips for the triceps.
