Yesterday we rode 84 miles. Temperature was 44 degrees wind 14 miles per hour . Average uphill gradient was 6.6% Time in saddle was 4 hours 7 minutes

In reality, I ran 8 minutes yesterday under beautiful blue skies. Today I rode on my trainer for 25 minutes then the normal 50 PU, stretch abs. My corpulent(defined by Merriam Webster as a large bulky body) is up to 189. But I am back in the game...as soon as I hit 187 the smack talk will be back!
