Not getting to my "5"

Hi all!

I haven't been doing a good job of getting to my average of 5 points on the spreadsheet for this blog! Trying to stay active, though!

I did a solo Turkey Trot on Thursday morning at 6 a.m. It was a bit lonely, but with a day of driving and pigging out ahead of me, I knew I wanted to do it!

And I forced myself on to the treadmill yesterday at the hotel. But this morning, all I could eek out was a walk with the dog and some push ups. A head cold I've been fighting is finally winning the battle, and I just couldn't face Curves. The worst part is, I don't think it is the working out part that's holding me back! It's the talking and interacting with others part! Just don't have the energy for THAT! haha!
