Look out! I am back! Don't think I am gonna let you guys have as easy of a time not posting as you let me have. My ankle is completely healed (well, still a lot of pain) so I am back on the work out train. Ran for 30 minutes yesterday, did some sit up things on the little sit up thing machine (I'll find a better name for it) and did my weight circuit! I am gonna try to concentrate on more cross training rather than just do the same things every day. My goal is to just do something for 30 minutes everyday. Then do the sit up thing-a-ma-bobber, push ups and weights. Gotta stay focused on just doing something. So that's my plan. Sumpin sumpin!!!

Sumpin sumpin!!!
