Back on the Blog
Had #'s from last week in January, but already moved calendar to February. Gotta get back on here more often...it's been crazy but that's no excuse!! Anyway, this week Feb 1st did 30 min elliptical, 20 minutes lower weights and 10 min flexibility. Feb 3rd 11 minutes treadmill to warm up, 30 minutes upper weights and 10 minutes flexibility. Yesterday, February 6th, I did 15 minutes of lower body strength. Today, February 7th I was ramping up (in my mind...and the body will follow, right?) for spring outdoor cycling by doing a spin class for 55 minutes. After that I did 10 minutes of flexibility. Been working most of the day today and tomorrow's another work day, too. But....my plan is to go to the club tomorrow a.m. to get ready for a big day. Tonight is fun with Keith & Debbie at a Bavarian Grill Tomorrow night is fun with Keith & Debbie listening to piano and eating a buffet dinner...that's right a buffet dinner. It's a good life!! I BETTER work out tomorrow a.m.! Oh yeah, and the Capitol 10K is right around the corner!
