Another day at the gym...then a buffet

Made it to the gym this a.m. for 20 minutes on the treadmill, 45 minutes of lower body weights and 10 minutes of flexibility. Good way to start the day. And, THEN, Scott and just ended the day with a great evening with Keith & Debbie at a piano concert and a buffet, including dessert. (But let me clarify, Keith did not have dessert!). Pretty late now, so it actually might be "too early for me tomorrow morning" to be back on the workout circuit...will go early evening instead after I get home from work. Later...
